In Italy everything revolves around the table, and there is no better way to discover a territory if not understanding its cuisine. The Maremma is to be discovered in the Cooking Classes with the guide of our chef Stefano, where in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, you can share the history, raw materials and secrets of Tuscan dishes and more, with the personal touch of the Ancient Casale L’Impostino. From Tortelli Maremmani to Pici, from Scottiglia to Cantucci, each route involves the creation of a complete menu, and can only end with the tasting of what is prepared.
The Cooking Class has a minimum number of 4 participants, and lasts for 2 hours. Groups of smaller numbers are allowed, depending on availability and only on request. It can be took in Italian or English, and is available every day, excluding holidays and pre-holidays, from 10 to 12, exclusively on reservation and with at least two days’ notice.
